"POMOR HORECA" FOR THE FIRST TIME PRESENTS ARKHANGELS BLACK TEA FROM HERBS AND BERRY SYRUPS
The organizer is the Arkhangelsk Regional Development Corporation in cooperation with the Regional Ministry of Culture.
The main idea of the forum is to determine together the development points of the entire regional HoReCa segment via discussion of the current situation in the regional market. The term HoReCa is an abbreviation for words that indicate places of sale with direct consumption of goods and services: Hotel, Restaurant, Catering / Cafe.
"We are engaged in those products that allow us to diversify the menu, for example, restaurants. Now many guests and residents of the city and the region have a real need to try something local, something related to the north. In this regard, Ivan-tea is a good option. Recently, we began to position our products not even as Ivan-tea, which has many poor-quality options on the market, but black tea from herbs and berries. We already have such an experience when one of the Arkhangelsk restaurants introduced our tea into the menu, which we specially do for this institution" said Mikhail Bronsky.
At the degustation in the Youth House willow tea, and various types of tea with the addition of berries and herbs will be presented as the main products. In addition, Mikhail Bronsky will present for the first time a line of locally produced syrups.
"Berry syrup, which is made in the Russian oven is not yet a mass production, but an individual production. They can be used to create, for example, cocktails, pastries and even sauces. We are interested to know how much such products will be in demand among restaurateurs, especially since under each institution we can make individual variants" Mikhail Bronsky added.
Mikhail Bronsky has been engaged in ivan-tea production for 13 years. Several years ago he created his BRONSKI TEA brand, which became well known outside the Arkhangelsk region. Today, black tea based on herbs is collected manually in Pomorye, it can be purchased in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
